"When I was 18 I was diagnosed with high blood pressure. My life felt so out of control, I figured it was about time to do something about this, so I started learning about health and nutrition and applying some of the things I learned. I was starting to see some results. As the years went by I was learning more and more. I tried quitting all my bad habits several times and would have some success but could never seem to put it all together. I still had more learning to do. Finally after many years of being sick and tired of being sick and tired, I was able to clean my life up. No more drugs, alcohol or cigarettes. I'm eating cleaner and I'm exercising regularly. I'm willing to take on bigger challenges and life is definitely better when you are sober and have a clear mind!"
